Forging Bolts Manufacturing Process :

• Feeding: Raw metal wire is fed into the machine.
• Cutting: The wire is cut to the required length.
• Upsetting/Forging: Dies and punches rapidly deform (upset) the end of the wire into the desired head shape (hex, round, etc.)
• Thread Rolling: (Often a separate or subsequent step) Dies roll the threads onto the shank.

Manufactured for strength and dimensional accuracy, our products ensure reliable performance in high-load and high-pressure applications. Available in sizes ranging from M12 to M100 (½" – 4"), our studs and anchor bolts are produced in compliance with international standards and customer-specific requirements.

We manufacture high-tensile bolts in grades 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9, designed for strength, precision, and durability in demanding industrial applications. Our product range also includes nuts such as 2H, 2HM, GR4, GR7, and 7M, along with washers and DTI washers for secure and accurate fastening. To ensure corrosion resistance and long service life, our fasteners are available with multiple surface finishes including Zinc Plating, Zinc Nickel, Hot Dip Galvanizing, Sherardized, Delta Coating, Mn/Zn Phosphating, and Xylan.
